Ribbon - Event Day Setup
This package is for couples who would like someone to come in on the day of the wedding and setup all their ceremony and/or reception decor.
Initial consultation to discuss your vision and compile full listing of items for the setup on the day
Collection of items at a mutually agreed location the week before the wedding
Four hours of setup included in this package
Early arrival at set up location/s
Ceremony setup may include chairs, arch or arbour decorations, pew and aisle decorations, welcome sign, signing table, Order of Service programs
Reception setup may include chairs, chair covers and sashes, linen, napkins, place cards, menus, bonbonniere, table centrepieces, seating chart, photo displays
Pack up any items from ceremony, if needed, and returned to couple.
Fee $650
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing our service agreement to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due a fortnight before the wedding day. Additional hours can be purchased at $80 per hour. Travel more than 25km from the CBD will incur an extra charge.
